9999cuci Terms and Conditions — Complete Platform Usage Guide

Welcome to 9999cuci. This Terms and Conditions document ("Agreement") governs your use of the website, mobile app, and all services provided by 9999cuci ("Platform"). By accessing or using our Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by this Agreement.

If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, please stop using the Platform immediately. 9999cuci reserves the right to amend, update, or replace this Agreement at any time without prior notice other than in-Platform notifications.

This agreement is to be read together with Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Guidelines ours, both of which form part of the overall terms governing the use of the 9999cuci Platform.

To register and use 9999cuci's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• Aged 18 years and above on the date of registration.

• Not previously suspended or banned from the 9999cuci Platform.
• Registering in a personal capacity and not as a representative of any company or other entity.
• Only own one (1) active account at any one time.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full name, phone number, and valid bank details. Any false or inaccurate information may result in account suspension or closure without notice.

9999cuci reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) at any time as part of our security and compliance procedures. Documents typically requested include a copy of your ID card, payslip, or latest bank statement.

Your 9999cuci account is exclusively for your own personal use. You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password.

• Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members or friends.
• Use a strong password combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
• Log out of your account after each session, especially on shared devices.
• Notify 9999cuci immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

9999cuci will not be held liable for any losses arising from your failure to comply with these security guidelines. All activity conducted using your account credentials, whether by you or any other party, will be considered your own actions.

9999cuci supports multiple accepted payment methods including online bank transfer, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, ShopeePay, and USDT. All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name — payments on behalf of others are not accepted.

Deposit:

• The minimum deposit amount is as stated in the Deposit platform.
• Deposits are typically credited to your account within a few minutes.
• Any unsuccessful deposits will be returned to the original source within 3–5 business days.

Withdrawal:

• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or directly converted to cash.

• Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once is prohibited and may result in the closure of all accounts involved.

All games available on the 9999cuci platform use an independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) system. The outcome of each game is final and cannot be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a technical failure.

• Players are responsible for maintaining a stable internet connection while playing. 9999cuci is not liable for any disruptions caused by connectivity issues on the player's end.
• In the event of a technical failure during gameplay, 9999cuci reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wager to the player.
• Confirmed wagers cannot be cancelled.

• Use of Automation Software, bots, scripts, or any third-party tools to gain an unfair advantage.
• Multiple Account Creation for the purpose of obtaining bonuses or circumventing wagering limits.
• Money Laundering or using the platform for unlawful financial purposes.
• Player collusion during live games or multiplayer games.
• Cybercrime or cyberattacks against the platform infrastructure.
• Using another person's account or sharing your account with others.

9999cuci reserves the right to suspend or close any member account at any time, with or without prior notice, if:

• The member is found to have violated any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• There is suspicious or potentially fraudulent activity detected on the account.
• The member fails to provide the requested identity verification documents within the specified timeframe.
• There is a court order or directive from relevant authorities pertaining to the account.

Members may also request closure of their own account at any time by contacting the 9999cuci support team. Any legitimate remaining balance in the account will be processed for withdrawal once all conditions are met and there are no outstanding issues.

The 9999cuci platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to keep the platform running smoothly at all times, we do not guarantee that the service will always be available without interruption or errors.

9999cuci will not be held liable for:

• Financial losses resulting from unfavourable game outcomes.
• Service disruptions due to system maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond our control (force majeure).
• Losses arising from a member's failure to secure their login credentials.
• Content or actions of third parties related to the use of the platform.

In the event of a dispute regarding a transaction or game outcome, 9999cuci's system records will be considered conclusive and binding evidence unless a verifiable technical error can be demonstrated.

9999cuci reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. All amendments take effect immediately upon being published on the platform. We will notify members of significant changes via in-platform notifications or email.

Continued use of the 9999cuci platform after any amendments to the terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you have the right to close your account.
